Shipping Policy

At Polkishop, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers. Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above Rs. 999, for orders below that, we charge a flat Rs. 200 shipping fee.
Because each craftsman and artisan’s process is unique, shipping times may vary. Look for shipping info on the product page for individual shipping times.
The details required may include your name, email address, delivery address, telephone number, membership account information, preferences, time zones, reviews, comment lists, searches, billing information and payment information.Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is anywhere between 10 t0 15 days from the time your order is processed. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. Delivery Time is also impacted due to current Covid-19 situation.
Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if new location is within the same state.
As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.

The shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at the end of your checkout process. These charges are based on the prices offered by our Shipping Partners. These charges DO NOT include Custom Duty of the Destination Country.
Custom duty or any other taxes of your Country if applicable will be charged separately at the time of Delivery by the Delivery Agent.
The time taken for the delivery is 15 – 30 days from the time your order is processed. Delivery Time is also impacted due to current Covid-19 situation.
Change of Address is not possible for international orders once we have shipped your parcel.
If the parcel is returned because of not paying the Custom Duty by the client, the prepaid order amount will be forfeited, and we will not be issuing any refunds.

Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.
